Juan started scuba diving professionally at age 21. He traveled and worked across different countries teaching people how to dive — and along the way, learned that customer service matters just as much as knowledge and field skills.
Hospitality and entrepreneurship became second nature. Later, he expanded into local hiking, quad bike, and horseback guiding, sharpening wilderness skills alongside his water-based expertise. He also became an avid sailor, captain, and navigator.
Today, Juan continues exploring new guided outdoor activities both recreationally and professionally. And he is expanding Baja Bonding into a network of trustworthy guides across Baja California Sur — home to the founder, and one of the best places on earth for outdoor exploration.
